10,000 BC

I just finished watching 10,000 BC.
IMHO it is not the best Emmerich's movie though.

But i do really like when Tic'Tic talking to D'Leh about D'Leh's father who leaved the village to do some 'bigger' things out there.

"A good man draws a circle around himself and cares for those within. His woman, his children.
Other men draw a larger circle and bring within their brothers and sisters.
But some men have a great destiny. They must draw around themselves a circle that includes many, many more.
Your father was one of those men. You must decide for yourself whether you are, as well."

Somehow i feel those words were said to me.

since i realized that i am not good in fulfilling any commitment,
i stopped myself to think about writing my NYR.

But i'll take this new-year as an exception. i'll make one.
